Job Overview

Summary:

The Senior Operations Manager will lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless task execution, analyze business performance, and establish necessary analytics to monitor performance against targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial knowledge, including sound understanding of all financial entry and ledger reconciliation.
  • Assess accounting systems and suggest improvements aligned with organizational standards.
  • Analyze business performance on a monthly basis in terms of cost efficiency.
  • Cost optimization & variance analysis for strategic planning & reporting.
  • Establish necessary analytics to monitor performance against targets.
  • Track and close out disputes, validating claims.
  • Partner with stakeholders and closing out issues.
  • Reconcile outstanding POs with users.
  • Resolve operational issues related to contracts, billing disputes. Close out disputes centrally with partners.
  • Drive process improvement with Circle & Center team.
  • Validate bill approval and validation for partners.
  • Operational governance with circles.

Site Operations:

The role involves site operations, CTA sites, and high-power small cell sites classified as challenging sites in the region. Key responsibilities include:

  • Compliance with regulatory requirements for own site.
  • Renewal and vendor management of existing sites.
  • Acquisition of lean/low rental sites & stores.
  • Rent reduction of existing sites & stores, including lease renewal.
  • New site delivery against target dates.
  • Support on existing site upgrades.
  • Early adoption of home passes.
