Job Title: RME Coordinator III

RME Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled RME Coordinator to oversee Facility and Administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks per PPM schedule.
  • Attending TT calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repair works.
  • Coordinating with vendors for systems under warranty or AMC.
  • Monitoring energy consumption.
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting conveyor systems, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
  • Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and materials.
  • Relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Supporting production in a safe and customer-focused manner.
  • Performing minor refurbishment and upgrade work on building finishes, fixtures, fittings, and equipment.
  • Conducting regular fire alarm and fire extinguisher checks.
  • Maintaining, oiling, and greasing carts, trolleys, pumps, and rolling shutters.
  • Attending regular electrical works.
  • Issuing height work and hot work permits.
  • Performing minor civil and plumbing corrective maintenance calls.
  • Providing daily reports on TT closures and open cases, as well as RCA.
  • Updating tools inventory.
  • Executing PPM schedule maintenance.
  • Managing soft services, including pest control, housekeeping, scrap and garbage disposal, agency staff handling, and overall shift management.

Responsibilities include a range of tasks that require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
