Site Construction Manager

Job Summary:

  • Oversee site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards.
  • Coordinate between project managers, contractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure smooth execution of site works.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Monitor progress and report updates to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Interpret and implement technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Manage site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide solutions during site operations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Prepare accurate site reports, documentation, and project records.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a site engineer or in a similar construction role.
  • Strong knowledge of site management methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
