Position Overview A Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing construction activities on-site ensuring that projects are completed safely on time within budget and according to quality standards The role involves coordinating between project managers contractors suppliers and workers to ensure smooth execution of construction works Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications Monitor progress and report updates to project managers and stakeholders Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with health safety and environmental regulations Interpret and implement technical drawings plans and specifications Manage site resources including manpower materials and equipment Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards Resolve technical issues and provide solutions during construction Coordinate with subcontractors consultants and suppliers Prepare site reports documentation and project records Support project planning scheduling and cost control Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Engineering or related field Proven experience as a site engineer or in a similar construction role Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and legal regulations Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards Work Environment Based on-site at construction projects Requires flexibility to work extended hours weekends or travel to multiple sites Job Type Full-time Pay 10 545 51 - 37 531 51 per month Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
