Transfer Pricing Specialist Role

This position involves working in a transfer pricing team, handling complex issues, and implementing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand complex transfer pricing matters, utilizing economic and financial knowledge to develop practical solutions.
  • Establish and deliver efficient transfer pricing strategies, products, and planning services.
  • Stay up-to-date with various TP methods across multiple industries and solutions.
  • Participate in the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery of transfer pricing engagements.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Documentation requirements.
  • Maintain the ability to work across different time zones and cultures effectively.
  • Develop strong project management skills, including experience with agile working practices.
  • Collaborate with regional and global offices on client matters.
  • Manage workflow and resources efficiently over high volumes of projects and competing deadlines.
  • Implement procedures for monitoring work progress, quality, and cost against budget.
  • Assist in business growth through identifying transfer pricing opportunities.
  • Develop proposals and maintain excellent client relationships.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 9-13 years' experience in transfer pricing within an advisory or consultancy role in a Big Four firm.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under demanding timetables.
  • Personal drive and integrity to meet results within tight deadlines.
  • Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and a detail-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent English is required.
