Job Title: Senior Associate Pricing

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Pricing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for deal evaluation for IT services, taking input from multiple teams and translating it into a compelling commercial pitch.

As a senior associate pricing professional, you will prepare customer pricing presentation sheets, listing key deal commercial terms and conditions. Your attention to detail is crucial in ensuring these terms align with risk protection against Forex, international taxation, global labor laws, and other relevant factors.

Key skills required for this position include contract redlining, review, and discussion with internal teams, as well as participating in customer negotiations. You must be able to prepare deal P&L according to IFRS, deal cash flow, and balance sheet, as well as identify accounting treatment of cost items in the deal P&L that aligns with accounting standards (GAAP and IFRS).

Collaboration with multiple internal teams for cost inputs and deal solution discussions is essential. As a senior associate pricing professional, you will also need to identify commercial and contracting risks in deals, highlight them to leadership, and suggest or deploy a mitigation approach. Additionally, you will collaborate with other functions of the finance team on reporting and accounting requirements.

Success in this role requires the ability to multitask between priorities to meet all organizational deadlines and quality expectations. Interface and coordinate with the development team on system enhancements, responsible for strong internal controls.
