Operations Director

We are seeking an accomplished Regional Operations Manager to oversee the effective management of a cluster or region, comprising 10-15 properties with 40-50 keys each.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service quality experience to guests and overseeing various functions within their region, including front office, housekeeping, guest relations, food and beverage, maintenance and engineering, human resources, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality, productivity, and employee engagement.
- Conduct regular audits to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage operational budgets by allocating resources effectively and minimizing expenses through cost-saving initiatives.
- Supervise pre-launch preparations for hostels to ensure operational readiness and quality checks.
- Enhance guest satisfaction by addressing escalations, implementing service improvements, and ensuring a positive experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in hospitality or hotel management.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the hospitality industry with extensive operational experience in managing multiple properties or regions.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling teams, managing diverse operations, and working in a fast-paced environment.
