Job Description

As a customer service representative, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive excellent support and guidance throughout their interactions with us. Your primary responsibility will be to provide first-line support to customers, proactively exploring their needs and pain points, and promoting digital solutions to improve overall service and satisfaction.

The principal accountabilities of this role include administering customer orders, managing sample requests, and handling customer complaints in an efficient and empathetic manner. You will also be responsible for promoting and supporting customer self-service of our digital tools and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to promote and sell Coats products and services, working closely with our sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities and build strong relationships with our customers.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and committed to continuously improving your skills and knowledge.
