As a quant intern, you will be part of our asset liability management team.

  • This is a full-time internship that lasts between 6-12 months and may lead to a permanent position.
  • We are looking for someone with little to no experience in the field, ideally a graduate or student.
  • Prior experience in quantitative modeling, risk management, and Excel/Python programming is highly valued.
  • You will work on developing end-to-end functionalities for modelling macro-economic factors and market prices such as interest rates, credit spreads, FX, commodities, and volatility.
  • You will validate cashflow, valuation, and sensitivity models using Excel/Python for banking and derivative products.

In addition to your technical skills, we look for individuals who are self-motivated, proactive, and able to work well under pressure. You should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with engagement teams to deliver on functionalities related to asset liability management, interest rate risk in banking book, behavioral modeling, Pillar 1 risks, and fund transfer pricing.
  • Build python and excel models on risk analysis to validate models and assist with client user acceptance testing.
