Lead Gen AI Consultant

This pivotal role requires seasoned independent consultants to shape and deliver high-impact Generative AI solutions for clients. As a Lead Consultant, you will engage directly with clients to understand their business challenges and lead the ideation and design of innovative GenAI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Leadership: Engage with clients to comprehend business challenges and spearhead the development of ingenious GenAI solutions.
  • Technical Architecture: Translate client needs into actionable solution concepts, defining the architecture, data strategy, model selection, and tooling required for success.
  • Project Ownership: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of GenAI solutions, ensuring technical quality, alignment with business goals, and timely execution of project milestones.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering best practices and ensuring project accountability.
  • Hands-On Contribution: Remain hands-on with tools, models, and code to prototype, build, and troubleshoot complex components of the application.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key technical point of contact for clients, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading technical teams and taking ownership of AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs and RAG architectures.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy GenAI solutions using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based ML/AI services.
  • Prior experience in consulting, pre-sales, or freelance capacity is preferred.
