AI Engineer Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to lead our team in designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions.

About the Role:

  • Design and implement the architecture of AI systems, ensuring they are cost-efficient and aligned with our overall vision.
  • Take ownership of delivering projects on time and coordinate the development process.
  • Oversee product releases and plan infrastructure scaling accordingly.
  • Lead and manage engineering teams, providing clear goals and constructive feedback.
  • Maintain high standards of code quality through regular design and code reviews.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms with measurable adoption.
  • Strong knowledge of Retrieval Augmentation Generation (RAG) pipelines.
  • Deep experience with conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks.
  • Track record of scaling services to 200K+ monthly active users or equivalent scale.
  • 4+ years of engineering experience with demonstrated leadership in technical decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in Node.js and modern front-end frameworks is a plus.
