About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead to drive the efforts of a dynamic team of engineers responsible for developing and operating enterprise-grade platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess deep architectural expertise, hands-on technical skills, and a proven track record in building and managing high-throughput, low-latency systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple production deployment cycles with strong technical leadership and experience.
  • Steer the team towards engineering excellence and high-quality delivery.

Technical Requirements:

Technical Skills

Must have:

  • Languages: Java, Python
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Streaming: Kafka
  • Caching: Redis
  • Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Any Cloud Technology
  • Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or Similar tools

Good To have:

  • API Gateway: Kong with Lua plugin scripting
  • IAM: Keycloak or any IAM, OAuth2/OIDC
Qualifications

We seek candidates with:

  • 10+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in Technical Architecture, with a deep understanding of design patterns, microservices, and system design principles.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently in production environments.
