Project Manager

 

Job Description:

  • Lead Development Initiatives: Oversee and manage software development projects from inception to delivery.
  • Technical Project Coordination: Ensure seamless coordination across development, quality assurance, DevOps, and design teams to deliver technical projects on time.
  • Agile Methodologies Facilitation: Coordinate agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release planning to drive project success.
  • Project Planning and Resource Allocation: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for complex technical projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Risk Monitoring and Mitigation: Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Team Leadership and Liaison: Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to drive process improvements and best practices implementation.
  • Resource Management: Manage resource allocation and workload distribution across development teams, coordinating release activities with engineering teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of project management experience in software development environments.
  • Skills: Strong experience with agile methodologies, advanced proficiency in project management tools, and development platforms.
