\This department delivers strategic surveillance solutions across the EMEA region, including to offices globally.
\Purpose of Role:
\The primary responsibility is reviewing and closing electronic and audio communication alerts for the EMEA region.
\Main Responsibilities:

- Support in conducting reviews as per SOPs, which may be amended from time to time.\
- Reviewing and analyzing alerts generated from automated electronic communication surveillance systems to detect potential violations of our policies and applicable rules, escalating when necessary.\
- Performing audio surveillance by listening to voice communications of recorded employees to detect potential violations of our policies, escalating when necessary.\
- Properly documenting rationales with accurate, complete and organized written commentary for audit trail when closing alerts.\
- Adhering to written operating procedures for each review responsible.\
- Driving enhancement and improvement of the communication surveillance program from both an effectiveness and efficiency perspective, clearly communicating findings and recommendations to onshore teams and senior management.\
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of surveillance services.\
- Identifying areas for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.\\
