Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing plant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Oversight:

Our ideal candidate will ensure that our plant maintains compliance with all relevant regulations, monitoring and tracking changes as needed.

They will prepare and submit compliance documentation and reports to relevant authorities in a timely manner.

Internal Communication and Liaison:

The Compliance Specialist will act as the primary liaison between our manufacturing plant and regulatory agencies, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.

They will communicate compliance requirements clearly and effectively to all departments, ensuring seamless operations.

Audit and Inspection Coordination:

Our Compliance Specialist will coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.

They will develop and implement corrective action plans based on audit findings and inspection reports, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance-related issues.

Documentation and Reporting:

The Compliance Specialist will maintain accurate records of compliance activities, including training, audits, inspections, and corrective actions.

They will prepare and present regular compliance status reports to management, ensuring that all compliance documentation is easily accessible and well-organized for future audits or reviews.

Continuous Improvement:

Our ideal candidate will proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and work with the production team to implement best practices.

They will stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and evolving regulatory requirements to maintain compliance.
