Product Engineering Manager

This is a senior leadership role that oversees hardware and software engineering projects within an organisation.

As the Product Engineering Manager, you will lead various projects and activities to ensure successful product architecture and requirements alignment across teams.

  • Coordinate with Product Management and Architecture teams for end-to-end product architecture and requirements.
  • Ensure alignment across software, mechanical, and electrical teams for seamless integration.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • 12+ years of experience in hardware and software product development with significant leadership exposure.
  • Experience with SolidWorks for mechanical design.
  • Hands-on experience with PCB design and development.
  • Background in both mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines.
  • Strong process improvement and governance expertise.
  • Experience managing stakeholders in a global, cross-functional environment.
