Job Opportunity

Legal Compliance Specialist:

The successful candidate will represent the company in legal matters, including courts and BMC offices. They will also be responsible for coordinating with law firms to appear on behalf of group companies, drafting documentation and correspondence related to inspections and compliance, and acting as a point of contact between sales, finance, and construction teams for RERA-related compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Appear in court cases and represent the company at BMC offices, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and expertise.
  2. Coordinate with law firms to handle legal matters, providing timely and accurate support to ensure seamless execution.
  3. Draft and review documentation and correspondence, ensuring clarity and precision in all communications.
  4. Evaluate and implement compliance with RERA regulations, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends.
  5. Analyze data and prepare reports on procedural practices, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing processes.
  6. Prepare and issue various types of letters and documents, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail throughout the process.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing competing deadlines and demands.
