Quality Assurance Manager

An accomplished professional is required to oversee quality assurance and control processes for real estate development projects. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality, identifying defects, deviations, or non-compliances.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues, reviewing and approving construction documents, plans, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards, leading and training QA/QC team members.
  • Manage and maintain quality records and documentation, coordinating with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Eligibility Criteria
  • At least 20 years of experience in QA/QC roles in real estate or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
  • Professional certifications like ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or CQM.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
