Estimation Manager Job Description

This is a senior role responsible for overseeing and implementing quality control procedures throughout the real estate development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, processes, and audits.

The Estimation Manager will be involved in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and monitoring, particularly in relation to billing and contract management. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required to address quality, billing, and contractual issues.

A minimum of 12 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry, specifically within the Mumbai market, is required. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of project billing, reviewing and managing real estate contracts, and leading and mentoring a dedicated team responsible for quality control and billing functions.
