We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee procurement and quality assurance at the origin level for our coffee business.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, relationship skills, and a passion for coffee.

  • Visit coffee farms to evaluate beans before purchase.
  • Cup and evaluate samples to ensure consistency with export specifications.
  • Prepare traceability and quality reports for each lot procured.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in coffee (procurement, quality control, cupping, or farm-level operations).
  • Strong knowledge of green coffee beans, grading, curing processes, and cup quality analysis.
  • Familiarity with export-related logistics and processes is an advantage.
