At the intersection of law, technology, and business, we seek an accomplished Associate Director to spearhead legal strategy and execution across our Go-to-Market initiatives and AI business vertical.

  • This role sits at the forefront of enabling growth while managing risk in highly dynamic and regulated industries, partnering with GTM and sales leaders to structure, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts with distributors, OEMs, enterprise customers, and channel partners.
  • The successful candidate will drive agile and compliant GTM execution, including product launches, consumer warranties, after-sales programs, and marketing communications, as well as advise on AI governance, data usage, licensing, and responsible AI frameworks ensuring alignment with global regulations and emerging laws.

Key qualifications include:

  • LL.B. (LL.M. preferred) with 12–16 years PQE across law firms and in-house roles.
  • Strong experience in technology/AI, data privacy, and commercial contracting; exposure to consumer-facing industries is a plus.
  • Expertise in DPDP, GDPR, AI regulation, consumer law, and commercial negotiations.
  • Exceptional ability to balance legal risk with business agility.
