LogiSpace is a commercial real estate brokerage specializing in managed and flexible office spaces across India. We work with leading operators like WeWork, Cowrks, Smartworks, Awfis, and more to help clients find the right office solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable office space options.
- Coordinate and conduct property visits with clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Develop strong relations with operators such as WeWork, Cowrks, Awfis, Smartworks, and others to ensure priority access to inventory.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Represent LogiSpace professionally in all client and operator interactions.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills in English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
