**Job Title:** Program Manager
Job Description:
The Program Manager plays a key strategic role in driving cross-functional initiatives, financial transformation projects, and governance processes across finance, projects, procurement, and commercial functions.
This role supports the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in ensuring alignment of finance priorities with business goals while overseeing execution of key programs, reviews, and digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Driving the execution of strategic projects and initiatives from the CFO's office including financial digitization and automation.
- Managing governance calendars, CFO reviews, and ensuring timely tracking of critical deliverables across finance verticals (FP&A, Tax, Treasury, AR/AP, Compliance).
- Acting as a liaison between the CFO and cross-functional teams including Projects, Procurement, HR, Legal, and Business Heads.
- Preparing and monitoring business performance dashboards and highlighting exceptions on financial KPIs, risk areas, and compliance gaps.
- Preparing executive presentations, Management Information System (MIS) packs, and board decks.
- Ensuring alignment of finance standard operating procedures (SOPs), risk registers, and program management trackers across all functions.
- Tracking monthly cash flow, profitability improvement plans, and key business metrics with relevant owners.
- Supporting fundraising, investor reporting, board updates, and data room management for due diligence cycles.
- Tracking implementation of internal audit findings, cost optimization initiatives, and working capital improvement plans.
- Facilitating periodic cross-functional review meetings and ensuring documentation of action items and follow-ups.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
CA/MBA Finance with 1–3 years of experience in finance program management, CFO office, or strategic initiative’s role, preferably in Design & Build, EPC, real estate, or infrastructure companies. Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills with hands-on experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), dashboards, and cross-functional governance are critical.
