Innovative Sensor Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Sensor Design and Development Engineer to lead our team in the design, development, testing, and validation of various types of sensors for automotive applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative sensor designs using simulation tools and rigorous testing processes to meet performance specifications and safety standards.
- Design and develop electronic parts used on vehicles using CAD software such as UG NX and AutoCAD, including 2D drawings and 3D models.
- Conduct thorough fault finding in electronic circuits and study benchmarking parts.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and validation data.
- Perform DFMEA and root cause analysis to identify quality issues.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of automotive sensor technologies, including Hall, AMR, GMR, TMR, accelerometers, gyroscopes, pressure sensors, temperature sensors, and cameras.
- Experience with sensor design, testing, and validation methodologies.
- Knowledge of working and application of electronic components, including SCR/MOSFET/IGBT/Op-Amp etc.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as CAD software, simulation software, and test equipment.
- Exposure to Sensor/electronics manufacturing and validations facilities, testing/test set-up experience.
- Ability to work on electronic circuit simulation tools.
- Familiarity with vehicle architecture, flashing & CAN technology.
Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of sensor design, development, testing, and manufacturing methodologies.
- Product Lifecycle Management tool (E.g. Teamcenter).
- CAD, UG NX or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of CAN communication.
