AI/ML Signal Processing Engineer for Sensor Innovations

We are seeking an exceptional AI/ML signal processing engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge sensor solutions. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in signal processing and algorithm design to create innovative systems that integrate hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:
- System Architecture and Development: Design and implement sophisticated sensing solutions that combine MEMS technology with advanced signal processing techniques.
- Algorithm Development: Develop and optimize machine learning algorithms, statistical models, and signal processing methods to solve complex engineering challenges.
- Coding, Documentation, and Testing: Write high-quality code, documentation, and unit tests to ensure robustness and maintainability of developed systems.
- Technical Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical vision to a team of skilled engineers, driving innovation and excellence.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Breaking down customer requirements into actionable technical tasks and user stories
- Serving as the primary point of contact for technical matters related to product development
- Conducting research and developing innovative solutions tailored to real-world challenges in consumer products
Core Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in signal processing, machine learning, and algorithm development, with proficiency in statistical signal processing concepts, estimation filters, and optimization techniques.
- Leadership and Organization: Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing technical teams in an Agile working environment.
Preferred experience includes familiarity with MEMS sensors, hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms, and proficiency in implementing fixed-point arithmetic for efficient computation on embedded platforms.
