Job Description

Praj Industries is seeking a results-driven Business Development and Proposal professional to join our team.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, building strong customer relationships, and leading a team of professionals to achieve sales objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, proposal management, and team leadership.

They will possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop business plans, identify opportunities, and execute sales strategies.

You will also be responsible for managing proposals, RFPs, and RFQs, ensuring timely submission and compliance with company standards.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Lead a team of professionals to achieve sales objectives
  • Manage proposals, RFPs, and RFQs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business plans
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, engineering)
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, proposal management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
