Google Ads Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned digital marketing professional to drive impactful campaigns, optimize search visibility, and create compelling content for government initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max channels.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research focused on government-related terminology.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize return on investment.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
SEO Strategy & Execution
  • Design and implement SEO strategies for government projects and initiatives.
  • Perform on-page and off-page SEO tasks, including link building and technical audits.
  • Optimize content for local search by incorporating Marathi and English keywords.
  • Ensure compliance with Google algorithm updates and government guidelines.
Government Project Expertise
  • Demonstrate understanding of government structure, communication styles, and outreach priorities.
  • Translate complex government program details into clear and concise digital messaging.
  • Align SEO and Ads strategy with public awareness campaigns.
Content Creation
  • Write engaging ad copies, blog posts, and landing page content in Marathi and English.
  • Develop Marathi scripts for various campaign creatives.
  • Ensure cultural sensitivity and audience connection in regional communication.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Suggest optimization strategies for continuous improvement.
