Transformative Data Insights Professional

The ideal candidate will utilize a combination of technical expertise and business acumen to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

This role involves leveraging advanced SQL queries, Python programming, and BigQuery capabilities to extract meaningful patterns, trends, and anomalies from large datasets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop reports and data outputs to present key business metrics in an easily digestible format.
  • Write complex SQL queries to analyze large datasets and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Use Python for more advanced analytics, automation, and data processing tasks.
  • Work with BigQuery to build scalable analytical workflows in a cloud-based environment.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions, optimization techniques).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis toolpak, macros a plus).
  • Experience writing Python for data manipulation, automation, or visualization (pandas, matplotlib, seaborn).
  • Hands-on experience working with BigQuery or other cloud-based data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake, etc.) and JSON data structures.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with dbt, Airflow, or other modern data tools.
