Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Manager, Budgeting position. The role is based in Kandivali, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate tenders received from Design for Civil, Finishing, MEP & Infra packages.
  • Evaluate tender estimate with budget provisions and interact with the design and execution team.
  • Finalize concept/DD/CTC of project
  • Cost monitoring of assigned project.
  • Inter-department collaboration for resolving project issues.
  • Assessment of cost variance and change request note approval.
  • Compilation of all reports of MIS.
  • Process improvisation and policy formation.

Requirements:

  • B.E Civil degree from a reputable college.
  • Exposure to BOQ standardization, safety requirements, and tender package.
  • Ability to solve problems, take initiative, and plan tasks.
  • Flexibility with time to work extra hours when needed.
  • High people orientation and ability to work effectively in a team.
