About the Role

This position will be based in our Dubai office and will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through paid media strategies across digital platforms.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
  2. Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for key metrics: ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
  3. Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages to drive performance improvements.
  4. Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop compelling, on-brand campaign assets.
  5. Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a fast-growing or digital-first environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into strategy.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data dashboards.
  • A collaborative mindset — you're comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting ideas clearly.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
