Cloud Solutions Engineer

As a cloud solutions engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the next-generation of digital asset management platforms. Your mission is to design and develop blazing-fast media infrastructure and delightful developer tools for teams who care about scale and performance.

We're looking for sharp, self-driven engineers who thrive in fast-paced environments and love solving real-world SaaS scaling challenges. If you have excellent Python programming skills, good experience with SQL, and expertise in at least one web framework such as Tornado, Flask, or FastAPI, let's talk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and manage infrastructure effectively
  • Develop software applications using strong programming skills
  • Work with databases efficiently
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to drive results
  • Collaborate independently and remotely
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in ML model training and deployments is a plus

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in Python programming
  • Good experience with SQL
  • Excellent experience with at least one web framework
  • Video encoding using ffmpeg and image processing using GraphicsMagick or PIL
  • Good experience with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps tools
  • Experience with React, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3

Nice to Have:

  • Machine Learning and associated tools
  • Web/Proxy servers
  • SaaS stacks like task queues, search engines, and cache servers
  • Prior experience in a startup or early-stage team
