Job Title: Seeking a Senior Oracle DBA with PostgreSQL/MySQL Expertise

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain large-scale Oracle databases, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Design, implement, and monitor database architectures, including RAC and Data Guard configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall database operations.
  • Develop and maintain scripts for automation and efficiency.
  • Provide expert-level support for PostgreSQL or MySQL database systems.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in Oracle DBA roles.
  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle RAC and Data Guard.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Oracle performance tuning and optimization.
  • 2+ years of experience with Oracle GoldenGate.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.

Bonus Points:

  • Oracle certifications (e.g., OCP).
  • Experience with automation tools and scripting (Shell, Python, Ansible, etc.).
