Database Administrator (DBA)

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain multiple database systems including but not limited to Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Monitor and optimize database performance to ensure fast query execution and high availability.
- Design and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data availability and integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage database security by controlling access privileges and ensuring data privacy and compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement database-related improvements and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain database documentation, including data dictionaries, schemas, and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a DBA in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of database architecture, data modeling, and schema design.
- Expertise in database administration, backup and recovery, performance tuning, and security.
- Experience with multiple database platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with cloud-based database solutions such as Amazon RDS or Microsoft Azure SQL Database.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex database issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
