Administrative and Financial Support Specialist

This HR Professional II role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities and deadlines. You will be working closely with the Corporate Vice President and RED Global Marketing Team members to provide administrative and financial support. Your responsibilities will include evaluating and consolidating tasks, providing process improvements, and managing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and consolidate tasks performed by team members to ensure high-quality output.
• Provide process improvements and recommendations to optimize tasks and processes.
• Manage various administrative tasks, including email groups, calendar organization, and expense reports.
• Support the Corporate Vice President and RED Global Marketing Team members with administrative tasks.
• Develop a personal understanding of the business and workforce.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree within business or HR, minimum 2-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in an administrative background, and excellent knowledge of MS Office applications. You should also be self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to customer support, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements.
