Job Title:

Healthcare Operations Specialist

Are you a results-driven professional with experience in healthcare administration and team leadership? Do you have a passion for improving patient care and satisfaction?

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Care Services: Plan, implement, and evaluate all clinical care services provided at the unit to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Quality Improvement: Oversee reporting and communication of quality improvement initiatives, quality awareness, safety culture survey administration, and recognition programs.
  • Patient Care Protocol: Establish and maintain patient care protocol and standards to meet regulatory requirements and increase patient satisfaction.
  • Clinical Direction: Provide clinical and administrative direction for medical departments and services to ensure efficient operations.
  • Medical Audits: Support medical audits to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
  • Committee Management: Manage various committees such as infection control and ethics committees.
Requirements:
  • Qualification: MBBS + MHA
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Administration
  • Proven team leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
