Engineering Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance web applications while improving legacy codebases for better reliability and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable applications using Ruby on Rails.
  • Debug and enhance legacy systems with a strong focus on performance and maintainability.
  • Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams; contribute to technical documentation.
  • Design and optimize databases with a focus on performance and data integrity.
  • Utilize AWS services and Kubernetes (K8s) for deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management.
  • Optionally contribute to projects using Python, React, and TypeScript.
  • Participate in agile workflows and sprint planning using project management tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Ruby on Rails development.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL database design and optimization.
  • Familiarity with AWS services and Kubernetes (K8s).
  • Knowledge of Python, React, and TypeScript is a plus.
