We're seeking a seasoned Identity and Access Management expert to elevate our Okta platform capabilities.

About the Role:
  • You'll be responsible for administering and supporting the Okta platform, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), Universal Directory, lifecycle management, and API integrations.
  • Implement and manage identity lifecycle processes: provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
  • Integrate new applications into Okta using SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.
  • Monitor and manage Okta workflows, policies, and logs to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and user provisioning issues across various integrated systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field—or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience administering Okta Identity Cloud.
  • Proficiency with SAML, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with Okta Workflows, API integrations, and automation.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
