Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design, implement, and manage our SCM suite and DevOps platform.

The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, security, and identity management with strong architecture and leadership skills.

This role requires the ability to ensure high availability, zero downtime operations, and enterprise-grade security compliance for mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SCM & CI/CD Design

Design, architect, integrate, and manage SCM tools (Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible) and standardize and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support multiple applications and teams.

  • Build and maintain a highly available platform, ensuring 24/7 uptime and no downtime during core business hours.
  • Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization frameworks.

Disaster Recovery & Backup

  • Design and implement a disaster recovery strategy with a 1-hour RTO.
  • Automate backup and restoration processes ensuring 100% data recovery.

Security & Compliance

  • Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) across systems and pipelines.
  • Enforce data encryption standards (data at rest, in transit, cryptographic key management).
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and industry security standards.

Identity & Access Management

  • Integrate Okta SSO and implement OAuth/SAML-based authentication.
  • Manage secure authentication and authorization for developers, admins, and service accounts.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Partner with Dev, Infra, and Security teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to DevOps and platform engineers.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior DevOps Engineer handling enterprise-grade platforms.
  • Strong expertise with Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible and other CI/CD tools.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for HA, DR, and backup solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of IAM protocols (OAuth, SAML, SSO) and Okta.
  • Strong understanding of RBAC, data encryption, and compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC2, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving, architecture design, and stakeholder management skills.
