Platform Success Role

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Platform Success Executive.

  • This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and activity providers across the city.

The ideal candidate will have strong spoken communication skills in English and Hindi, be friendly, empathetic and confident over phone and WhatsApp, and able to follow a process, use templates, and update basic records.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, email and web-based tools.

Prior experience in customer support, inside sales, or school communication roles is preferred but not mandatory. We also welcome candidates who are currently pursuing studies and available part-time.

  • As a Platform Success Executive, you will work closely with our team to strengthen connections with schools and parents.
