Job Title: Financial Operations Leader

Financial Planning and Analysis

Lead the development of financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and analyses to support business decisions. Ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

Manage the entire lifecycle of financial processes, including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, plan-to-product, and request-to-service cycles.

  • Developing and implementing financial planning strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Leading a team of finance professionals to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial transformation projects across the organization.
SAP S/4HANA Expertise

Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP S/4HANA FICO, driving adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of financial processes.

Develop and implement SAP S/4HANA solutions to enhance financial performance and efficiency.

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA configurations to meet business requirements.
  • Providing training and support to users on SAP S/4HANA functionality.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
Business Insights

Provide actionable insights through Hyperion, SAP reporting, and advanced financial analytics to support executive decision-making.

Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Designing and developing reports and dashboards to communicate financial information to stakeholders.
  • Analyzing large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in SAP FICO, Product Costing, CO-PA, and SAP Business Processes.
  • Certified SAP Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (or equivalent).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 15–20 years' experience in Finance/Accounting with senior-level or managerial roles.
