IT Support Professional

We seek a seasoned IT specialist to fill this critical role. As an integral member of our technical team, you will provide top-notch support and expertise to internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, timely support for diverse customer issues.
• Pursue effective resolutions with third-party vendors as needed.
• Maintain open communication channels regarding issue status and resolution.
• Accurately document incident updates in our tracking system.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot various Windows operating systems, including XP, 7, 8.1, 10, and Microsoft Office 2010.
• Familiarize yourself with the Mac OS to effectively support Apple users.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers, computer hardware, and other peripherals.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and printers to ensure optimal performance.
• Effectively repair desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral equipment using diagnostic tools.
• Utilize your extensive knowledge of networks, servers, audio/visual equipment, smart devices, and telecommunications to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• This role demands adaptability, teamwork, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification or higher.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in IT.
• In-depth understanding of Windows 7-10, Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, and enterprise anti-virus solutions.
• Mobile device management expertise, including iOS and Android devices, enterprise encryption solutions, and Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and internal customer service abilities.
• Able to prioritize tasks, meet SLAs, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
