About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in software management and patch management using Intune.">
  • They will be responsible for executing enterprise support processes including incident management, problem management, change management, service request management, and asset & configuration management.">
  • Additionally, they will work on deployment, incident analysis, resolution, problem definition, and analysis and resolution of deployment failures.">
  • The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in deploying Windows AutoPilot, rolling out MAM and MDM solutions for enterprises, and managing Intune environments and administration of an enterprise tenant.">

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Manage end device management for hybrid AD and Azure AD based organizations.">
  • Migrate AD group policies to Intune policies/profiles.">
  • Scripting experience in PowerShell is required.">
  • Knowledge of application packaging is an added advantage.">
  • Experience in security updates deployment using Intune and manage patch testing deployments with change and release process would be an added advantage.">
