Enterprise BI Leader

Job Description:
As a seasoned Enterprise BI Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of our organization's Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing scalable BI solutions that meet the evolving needs of our enterprise.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of BI strategies to drive business growth and improve decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality and consistency across the organization.
  • Oversee the administration and support of BI Analytics Infrastructure, including upgrades, testing, security administration, license management, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide expert advice on BI solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our BI solutions remain competitive and aligned with best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in performing administrative activities for BI, with a strong background in Matillion, Informatica, Informatica MDM, Cognos, Alteryx, Tableau, and other BI tools.
  • Proven expertise in installation, configuration, administration, and security of BI tools, as well as software upgrades, implementation of hot fixes, and coordination of testing activities.
  • Experience in implementing SSL and different authentication methods, with a strong understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
