AI Architect and Solution Leader

We are seeking a senior technology leader to spearhead AI-driven innovation and strategic technology discussions at the highest executive levels. This role demands a visionary leader who can shape enterprise AI strategy, influence stakeholders, and guide organizations through transformative journeys leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, and next-generation technologies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives to shape AI and technology transformation strategies.
  • Lead enterprise-wide AI thought leadership, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and emerging technologies.
  • Develop and drive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and innovation priorities.
  • Represent the organization at industry forums, executive briefings, and key customer engagements.
  • Partner with product, engineering, data, and business teams to translate vision into executable initiatives.
  • Identify AI-driven growth opportunities and drive executive buy-in for pilot and scale initiatives.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team of AI strategists, architects, and engineers.
  • Lead enterprise education on AI ethics, governance, and responsible AI deployment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
  • MBA or Executive Education from a reputed institution is a plus.
Key Skills:
  • Executive presence and exceptional communication skills for C-level conversations.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies: Generative AI (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, Conversational AI, ML Ops.
  • Deep understanding of one of the Business/Domain expertise – e.g. Retail, FS, CPG, Life Science, HealthCare.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to articulate AI’s business impact in boardroom settings.
  • Strong understanding of AI governance, ethics, risk management, and compliance.
  • Experience in designing AI-enabled enterprise architectures and data strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML services offered.
  • Understanding of data platforms, APIs, integration strategies, and agent-based architectures.
  • Knowledge of modern software engineering practices (microservices, APIs, DevOps).
  • Exposure to industry-specific AI applications (Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.).
