Job Summary

We seek a seasoned IT professional to lead the administration of our enterprise software systems, leveraging expertise in Jira and Confluence.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in configuring and managing these platforms, ensuring optimal performance and security. Experience with cloud migration is essential, as well as proficiency in scripting languages like Groovy and automation tools like ScriptRunner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage Jira and Confluence instances, implementing custom workflows, issue types, and fields to meet specific business needs.
  • Migrate on-prem environments to the cloud, adhering to Agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures, providing user training and support.
  • Design and implement dashboards, filters, and reports to inform data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing custom workflows, issue types, and fields.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and users.
  • Experience with scripting languages like Groovy and automation tools like ScriptRunner.
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
  • Cloud platform experience (AWS or Azure) is a plus.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while maintaining exceptional customer service skills.
