Job Description

We are looking for an expert Automation QA Lead to spearhead our testing efforts. As a proactive professional, you should be able to work successfully in a fast-paced environment with multiple platforms and architectures, diverse technologies, and cloud environments.

You will lead the execution of automated test iterations, track, and report test results, troubleshoot, and coordinate bug fixes. To succeed in this role, you will require a strong understanding of testing of derivatives products, agile processes, and related QA lifecycle and automation methodology.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development and support of the testing program aimed at supporting multiple testing efforts simultaneously
  • Lead ongoing efforts to bring new testing knowledge to the team
  • Assist with test plan articulation, planning, and management of individual testing events
  • Utilize appropriate testing tools for both front-end and back-end Quality Assurance
  • Identify testable events and develop test cases / test scripts
  • Identify and capture test data to support test cases defined by the testing team
  • Leverage the testing process and test tool kit to create re-useable test assets
  • Represent the team in IT and user groups within relevant testing phases
  • Set up, manage, and monitor test environments, streamlining release management to QA environments
  • Document application changes and developing updates
Requirements
  • Experience managing automation test projects
  • Selenium experience with built automation framework from scratch to aid with regression and other repeatable tests
  • Leadership experience with offshore-onshore model
  • Coding skills using Java
  • Scripting skills using Python
  • Knowledge of code coverage concepts
  • Automated test frameworks in Robot, Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG (Robot preferable)
  • Linux expertise
  • CI/CD concepts
  • Cloud experience AWS/GCP (Working environments)
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Find solutions to meet project needs
  • Strong communication skills (client-facing, written, verbal)
