QA Automation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer, QA Automation to lead our software testing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing automated testing frameworks, creating test plans and test cases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality of software applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine project requirements and develop comprehensive test strategies
- Design, develop, and execute automated tests using various programming languages as required
- Collaborate with software development teams and stakeholders on software quality and provide feedback
- Identify and report defects, and generate and maintain test reports and documentation
- 7+ years of total experience in software testing, including automation test cases for web applications
- Experience working with TOSCA for UI and API test automation
- Expertise in Cucumber, SpecFlow, and Playwright
- Hands-on experience with defect management and familiarity with bug-tracking systems (e.g., JIRA)
- Strong communication skills with experience in client interaction and ensuring their requirements are met in the QA processes
