Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Quality Assurance Engineer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test cases focused on database and backend validation. Additionally, they will write, execute, and optimize complex SQL queries to validate business logic, data integrity, and workflows.
A strong analytical mindset, combined with excellent communication skills, is essential for this position. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and execute detailed test plans to ensure thorough database testing coverage.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups) to analyze and report on test results.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in QA with a strong focus on database testing.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including writing and optimizing queries, joins, stored procedures, and functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems.
