  • Impart training to students on various IT subjects.
  • Train students in hardware and software knowledge, including computer spare parts, operating systems, and application software.
  • Teach basic MS Word skills, such as page layout, printing, headers, footers, and mail merge.
  • Introduce internet browsing, email creation, and online shopping basics.
  • Explain the concept of Google Drive, OneDrive, and other cloud storage services.
  • Teach online meeting tools like WebEx and Skype.
  • Introduce remote desktop tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, and Ammyy.
  • Provide advanced MS Excel training, covering topics like cell references, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, power pivots, SUMIF, COUNTIF, IF, OR, AND functions, and data validation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • At least one year of experience as a faculty member or trainer.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with patience and perseverance.
  • Knowledge and practical experience in soft skill training and personality development.
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and counsel students.
  • A passion for teaching as a career.
