Seeking Passionate Mandolin Educators

We're looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to provide engaging, personalized, and structured lessons to students of varying skill levels.

Mandolin instructors will foster a positive and inspiring virtual learning environment by delivering high-quality online lessons. The ideal candidate will create customized lesson plans based on each student's skill level, goals, and musical interests.

  • Deliver in-depth mandolin lessons to beginner, intermediate, and advanced students, covering music theory, techniques, scales, chords, picking, and performance skills.
  • Create tailored lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students, including instruction in different styles such as classical, folk, bluegrass, jazz, and contemporary music.
  • Evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and practice exercises to challenge and motivate them.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students online. They will be adaptable, patient, and passionate about helping students grow musically.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrate proven experience as a Mandolin Teacher or Music Instructor.
  • Showcase proficiency in reading sheet music and a strong understanding of music theory.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students online.
  • Demonstrate ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and ages.
  • Possess patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for helping students grow musically.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Music or a related field.
  • Experience teaching in online learning environments, with a focus on innovative pedagogy.
  • A knowledge of additional string instruments expanding your instructional capabilities.
